Weigh in 221lbs. Loss of .8 lbs since weigh in mid October. Its time to kick it up. I did 50 crunches before bed 25 when I woke up. I ate a salad and string cheese for lunch with a diet coke.

this is disgusting, this is un healthy, this is gag worth. this is me. i am done, i’m done with my excuses and my pleas. i am changing all of this. i just did 50 random crunches and tomorrow i am working out. i am letting my parents that i need to loose weight and they will encourage me. its time to change things.
